There she was --a "surprise" guest appearance, which was pre-planned...at Madison Square Garden --still in form--I mean her husband was there, to sing the duet with Alicia Keys, wait was this the Alicia Keys concert? with Jay-Z. The usual, what men love and women who are confused think they would like to be...the image of the hottest chick in the game..or a baaad you know the word, is an image of in your face raw look up my dress and titillate the boys act.
If you can sell this much product..is it because of the perception of being ? being what? the beauty business is about illusions, I just hope these females don't think they are going to turn into a Beyonce via some effervescent spray of water or will they?
I am most intrigued by the marketing response...but somehow..I keep thinking about, Elvis and Michael--all in all I must again reiterate--Mathew Knowles is a Monster Marketer. Absolutely fascinating pop culture phenomena to watch. Fascinating.
